Ah my dear friend, the blessing has been mine in reading those things you have to share of His grace. You've challenged me to look at myself in a new light, as I know you have told me I've done for you. You've helped me to grow within myself, within my faith, and within this world.

I know God's grace will sustain you this year. I see a mighty work He is doing in you. And I feel privileged to be a part of that.

I consider myself greatly blessed to call you brother & friend!

Blessings MTJ and a very blessed 2011

I love your visual with 1 Corinthians 2:9! however... I had to go back and see what precedes it and the line that follows indicating it's about God's Wisdom revealed by His Spirit as v. 10 indicates and was first written in Isaiah 64:4...v. 6-8 "We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 No, we declare God’s wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began.
8 None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory."

So why do I think that is important to share? Because MTJ, it is I who is thankful to you for sharing your thoughts as regards God's Wisdom in His Word as it is revealed to you and I am one of many that have been blessed with your "Thought Filled Journey" broken open and shared before us as His Spirit reveals it to you. You seem to have a way with words and expressing those thoughts to stir our own thoughts and ponderings. It behooves me to say, "well done" but that's up to God so all I can say is I'm so glad that you are LIVING for CHRIST, not just words on a page or screen but HIS LIFE brought ALIVE through you sharing Him here or in REAL life.
That's what it's all about! A willing and open vessel poured out.

Thank you. Thank you for your warm words to me and this special blessing here. May it BE just as you have written. Thank you for encouragement and challenges along my journey. "DITTO" to what you wrote me! Thank you for taking your time to share with me and bless me.

My 31st day of PRAISE was on WISDOM! My "Let Go"... was my 999th...and at midnight my 1,000th!
I will have to go read the one you cited. You will laugh (I think) at my 1,000th)not the Psalm at the end which is the beginning of our 2011.

May you be filled anew, may you receive the blessings from my post and the peace of Jesus Christ in your daily life! Walk forward in your faith and grow in all that His Spirit reveals to you through the Word!

Peace and joy,
Peggy

Greetings, brother.
Happy New Years, and I was just writing to wonder how things are going with your church? I haven't heard recently. I hope all is well, and I thank you for your visits and prayer. My wife and I have found a house church to attend that is very good worship and fellowship.
Here's wishing Christ's best for you this new year! Thank you for your candor and transparency; it has taught me some lessons that I took to heart; we love you, brother. Ian and Gillian.
